UCL IOE Art & Design PGCE end of year show 2026

It has come to that time of year again when this year's mighty fine cohort of UCL IOE PGCE Secondary Art and Design 2026 trainee teachers complete their end of year show. We have one weeks left before the PV night on Friday 3rd July at 5.00pm on level 8 of the IOE. There at 46 students, experts from a range of specialisms including; art, craft, design, critical studies, art history, architecture, film, socially engaged practice and visual culture. They are given a simple brief, to reconnect with their artistic practice after spending 24 weeks in schools, and to choose an issue from their teaching experience that they can visually articulate using their own specialist practice. They will be exhibiting across the four studios of the UCL IOE ADM dept, which will be open for one week only prior to the PV evening. The Artist Teachers will be available during the exhibition opening times to meet and discuss their work with visitors.
